주 안에서 행복한 가정(福家)

복 있는 사람은 

자신의 생각만 말하는 자가 아니라   

주의 말씀을 주야로 묵상하는 자입니다. 

(시편 1편, 112:1,119:1-2) 

복 있는 사람은 

어려움이 없는 사람이 아니라 

여호와께 피하는 자입니다. 

(시 2:12,34:8) 

복 있는 사람은 

자신이 가고 싶은 곳을 마음껏 가는 사람이 아니라 

여호와와 동행하는 자입니다. 

(시 84:4-5, 128:1-2, 144:15, 146:5) 

복 있는 사람은 

나 혼자 빨리 길을 걸어가는 것이 아니라 

다른 사람과 함께 주 안에서 연합하여 걷는 자입니다. 

(시 133:1) 

복 있는 사람은 

허물이 없는 완벽한 사람이 아니라 

주께서 허물을 가려주시는 자입니다.

복 있는 사람은 

스스로를 높이 세우는 자가 아니라 

하나님을 찬양하는 자입니다. 

(시 89:5) 

복 있는 사람은 

이 세상의 원칙에 따라 사는 자가 아니라 

주를 닮아 정의를 지키는 자입니다. 

(시 106:3) 

허물 많은, 

완성되지 않은 사람들이 모인 이 가정에 

주님이 계시니 우리는 행복한 가정입니다.

not the ones who go anywhere they wish,

Happy are those
not the ones who walk fast and alone,
but those who walk together in unity in the Lord. (Psalm 133:1)

Happy are those
not the ones who are perfect and without fault,
but those whose sins the Lord covers. (Psalm 32:1–2; 127:5)

Happy are those
not the ones who lift themselves up,
but those who praise God. (Psalm 89:5)

Happy are those
not the ones who live by the ways of the world,
but those who keep justice and follow the Lord. (Psalm 106:3)

And so though we are a family with many faults,
Though we are unfinished people,
Because the Lord is with us, we are a happy family.
