강영은
뾰족 뾰족 가시로 뒤덮힌 내 몸에
뽀송 뽀송 눈이 사뿐히 내려앉았네
가까이 가기 무서운 가시꽃이 아니라
손 대면 그 포근함에 안길 것 같은 눈꽃이 되었네
이 것이 바로 은혜
나 같은 죄인 살리시어 주의 자녀 삼으신 은혜라네

On my body,
once covered in sharp thorns,
light, powdery snow
settled gently.
No longer a thorny flower
that keeps others away,
but a snow-blossom,
warm to the touch,
as if it would gather you
into its arms.
This is grace—
the grace that saves
a sinner like me
and calls me
a child of God.
거칠고 뾰족하고 마른 막대기같은 내게 주님이 입혀주신 함박눈은 내 모든 것을 감싸고 다른 이에겐 포근한 함박눈으로 보여 마음의 안정과 평온을 주게 하시는 은혜가 자연의 이치 속에 감추어진 것을 찾아내는 지혜와 계시의 영을 받은 하나님의 사람 강영은을 통해 나도 새롭게 은혜를 찬송하네!
