끝없는 사랑 패스

                * 다친 나를 위한 셋째 딸의 깜짝 노트와 선물들

40세가 되고 나니 몸이 예전같지 않습니다

예전에는 잘만하던 배드민턴을 치다가 

4-5년 힘줄염으로 고생한 왼발이 

겨울내 뒤틀어진 도로에 걸려 꺾여 버렸습니다 

며칠 뒤에 부신 혹 제거 수술을 앞두고 있는데 

통증이 가시지를 않고

멍도 들고 붓고

설 수도 걸을 수도 없어서 병원에 갔습니다

큰 딸 아이는 막내 딸과 함께 빵도 굽고 카드 놀이도 하며 봐주고 

둘째 아들은 휠체어를 밀어주며 함께 4시간 병원에 있어주고

셋째 넷째 딸들은 캠프 버스에서 내리자마자 엄마 괜찮냐며 안부를 묻고

연보라색 물건들과 얼마나 엄마를 기도했는지 사랑하는지 쪽지에 적어 사랑을 표현합니다 

치료 받고 병원을 나서는데 

병원 가기 싫어하는 아들 손을 잡고 가는 한 엄마를 

나보다 키가 더 큰 둘째 아들이 밀어주는 휠체어에 앉아 지나치는데

영화의 한 장면처럼 나의 과거를 지나가는 듯 했습니다 

사랑을 주는 존재로만 생각했던 아이들이 

어느덧 이렇게 자라서 

이제는 내가 이 아이들에게 

사랑을 받는 존재가 되었습니다. 

사랑을 하고 

사랑을 받고 

사랑을 낳고 

사랑을 패스하며 공이 떨어지지 않는 끝없는 인생의 배드민턴을 치고 싶습니다   

After turning 40, my body is not what it used to be

I used to be good at badminton, 

but I had a left foot that suffered from tendonitis for 4-5 years 

twisted on the uneven road from last winter 

I just a few left from the adrenal gland surgery

The pain, bruising, and swelling don't go away

I couldn't stand or walk

I needed to see the doctor 

My eldest daughter baked bread and played cards with my youngest

My second son stayed with me at the hospital for 4 hours, pushing the wheelchair

As soon as the third and fourth daughters got off the camp bus, they asked if I was okay

One of them prepared surprise cards and gifts to express how much she loved me and prayed for me 

After receiving treatment, I left the hospital.

A mother held the hand of her son who didn't want to go to the hospital

I passed by sitting in a wheelchair pushed by my Son who is taller than me now. 

I felt like I was passing through my past like a scene from a movie

I thought I was the only one who gave love to them

But they have grown up so much

Now I am the one 

who is loved by them 

Making love

Receiving love

Giving birth to love

Passing love like playing badminton for an endless life
